FLiP is a member of the new S3 Storefront Security Standards group which allows us additional best practices to protect your customer.  FLiP is committed to protecting consumer privacy.  FLiP complies with all relevant federal, state and local laws regarding retail transaction technology and consumer privacy.

FLiP does not provide electronic tracking information to outside parties. The electronic tracking system can only be used within a FLiP based facility and does not support or enable continued tracing of a product once it has been purchased from our system and has become the property of the consumer. Voluntarily provided information for notification of specials, product alerts, etc. is used solely per the consumer’s request and only with the supplier and operators directly servicing that consumer.
